Life-long Club Member "...I know it changed my life for the best."
I attended the Preschool Program at Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center until I was two years old and it shaped me into the person who I am today. The dedication of this organization is astounding! I was able to interact in different educational activities, while establishing relationships with those around me. While growing up at Imagine Nation, I was also able to experience amazing field trips and memories that will last a life time. After I graduated from the Preschool Program at Imagine Nation, I knew I couldn’t part ways with this amazing organization. So, at the age of 12 years old, I started to volunteer. In my heart, I truly believe that being able to volunteer and give back to this community was a life changing experience. Along with Imagine Nation, I also was actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol Family Center. Through this experience, I was able to develop professional relationships in the community, strengthen my work ethic, and interact with so many amazing families. The amount of life skills I have gained from this entire organization is just incredible! At the Boys & Girls Club, I was Vice President of Keystone, a leadership development group for high school students. Through this opportunity, I learned even more about academic success, career preparation, and the importance of community service. This organization gave me the opportunity to travel to National Keystone Conferences in Texas and Chicago. At the age of 16, I applied for my first job at Imagine Nation. After working here for almost five years, I have been able to help shape the lives of many children and families that walk into this building, just as Imagine Nation has done for me. I truly recommend becoming involved with this organization because I know it changed my life for the best.
