Middle School Fitness
The Bristol Boys & Girls Club is starting a Fitness
Program for Middle School students. This
program will be an introductory fitness program teaching the basics of cardio,
strength training and an overall healthy lifestyle. Members who join this program will learn to
use the weight room, fitness room and also the Wii Fit! This is a program for both boys and girls regardless
of physical ability. The program will
meet once a week for 1 hour-1.5 hrs sessions and will begin March 2nd.
