Technology for Teens

Through an initiative started in 2005 by Bristol philanthropist Bob Fiondella, the Main Street Community Foundation will award several laptop computers to area students to utilize in college. Applicants must be a current member of the Boys & Girls Club that has been accepted or plans to attend an accredited college/university. Applicants must also be good students and financially disadvantaged. Selected recipients will be required to attend a Club sponsored orientation on computer usage and maintenance.
