REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 5TH 5:00-7:00 PM

Attire: Girls- Gymnastics leotard. No tights, socks, or underwear. Long hair must be tied back away from face. (Please! NO hair clips, bows, or elastics with plastic pieces.)
Boys- Shorts or sweatpants fitted t-shirt, no socks. ALL Gymnasts must be potty-trained.
Gymnastics Leotards are required, and are available for
purchase.

Costume Deposit:
$40.00 (non - refundable) – due March 9th. $45.00 if received after.
Gymnastics Recital (s) will be Saturday, June 8th 2013

Bring A Friend Week:
September 18th– September 22nd, December 11th -December 15th, March 18th-March 23rd.
Your child is encouraged to bring a friend to class and show them what gymnastics is all about! If you refer a new gymnast and they sign up, you'll receive 10% off any leotard purchase. *Must be new member, recital costumes do not apply.
Class Observation:Parents are welcome to observe classes during Parents Watch Week. During the rest of the session parents may not wait in the gym while classes are going on, this is a distraction and can cause an unsafe gym environment. Parents and siblings may wait in the canteen/lobby area and are welcome to utilize the outdoor playground and The Calder’s Storybook Library.
New Students: Placement in the proper class ensures your child’s safety and success. In some cases, a 5 minute evaluation by the Gymnastics Director will be necessary. Please call Erin to schedule an evaluation.
We will not be holding classes during the Bristol Public Schools February and April vacation weeks (Feb. 18th-23rd and April 15th-20th).
We will not be holding classes on the following dates: Nov.18th-Nov. 24th (Thanksgiving Break) & Dec. 24th-Jan 1st. (Christmas and New Years Break) Also, no classes on 3/29, or 5/25.
The Family Center will not be issuing credits or for any snow days or other cancellations. If your child’s class has been cancelled, we will schedule a make up class.
Membership is required to participate in any program. Member Fee for the year is $15.00 per child, or $30.00 per family.
