Competitive Teams
The Family Center Gymnastics Team is a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and competes throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Jr. Team
Girls must be willing to learn at a fast paced level. Also, there is potential for competing for The Boys & Girls Club/ Family Center. Practices are conducted in a safe and structured environment, and will include challenging strength training and advanced skill progression. Jr.Team practices once a week for up to three hours.
Team
Girls must be committed to their gymnastics training by working hard each practice to maintain skills and also advance to higher levels for competition. Gymnasts practice in a safe environment with help from the competitive coaches, but should also be responsible to work independently. They will experience challenging strength training and a fast-pace skill progression. Team practices twice a week, three hours each time.
